Information you submit
Our rental-availability form requests your name, email address, Las Vegas event venue or delivery address, rental dates, quantity and equipment options. You can optionally provide your phone number and event name. Staff use this information to answer availability questions, prepare rental quotes and arrange delivery or pickup if a booking is later confirmed.
Rental requests are not payments
The availability request form does not ask for credit card details, charge a deposit or create a paid booking. If online booking later becomes available, checkout and payment information will be handled by WooCommerce and the authorized payment service shown at checkout. Do not send payment-card details or identification documents in an availability request.
Site operation and security
The website, its hosting and WooCommerce may process ordinary technical information needed to deliver pages, operate forms, protect against spam and unauthorized submissions, and maintain business records. The rental form temporarily limits repeated requests using a short-lived identifier derived from the submitting connection. WordPress and WooCommerce may use necessary cookies for sessions, accounts, carts and related site features.
Where requests go
Rental inquiries are stored in a nonpublic WordPress administrative area visible to authorized staff and are emailed to the site’s configured administrator address. A confirmation email may also be sent to the address you provide. Website hosting, email delivery providers, and payment processors (when enabled) may process information to provide their services.
How long information is kept
Inquiry and rental records may be retained for customer communication, event planning, accounting, dispute handling, security and applicable legal requirements. Retention depends on the purpose and record type. You may contact us to ask about records concerning you, to request access, correction or deletion, subject to applicable obligations.
Your choices
