Choose your displays, request availability, and get a confirmed quote before paying anything.
Plan your rental
Choose equipment options, quantity, and dates. Rental periods are 3–14 days, starting at least 21 days ahead.
Submit an inquiry
Share your contact and Las Vegas delivery details. Sending an availability request is free and does not reserve equipment.
We review your request
Our team checks equipment, venue access, scheduling, and a final quote. Availability and pricing require written approval.
Confirm with a deposit
Once approved and secure payment instructions are available, pay a 50% deposit to confirm. No payments are collected through the inquiry form.
Understand your quote
The displayed WooCommerce product or selected variation price covers the first three rental days. Each additional rental day adds $250 per unit. Multiply the resulting per-unit price by your quantity. Applicable taxes, delivery or other agreed fees may affect the final written quote.
Payment terms: an approved booking is expected to require 50% at confirmation and the remaining 50% by delivery/dropoff unless your written agreement says otherwise. Online PayPal payments are not currently enabled for new inquiries; your team will confirm next steps after review.
Delivery, safety, and support
Confirm the venue, street address, booth/loading information, power, and access arrangements with our team before delivery. Protect equipment against unauthorized use, damage and theft, and report any issue promptly. Review the Rental Terms & Safety and Privacy Policy before sending your request.
