LEDCarts rents LED-equipped carts and digital display systems for events, conventions, trade shows, pop-ups, and brand activations in Las Vegas. Explore equipment photos and videos, then plan your rental dates and delivery venue.

Choose from 3 to 14 consecutive rental days. The first 3 days are included in the product’s displayed base rate, with $250 added for each additional day from day 4 through day 14.

Your event delivery/start date must be at least 21 days in the future, calculated in Las Vegas local time. Booking availability is subject to equipment inventory and confirmation.

Yes. Local delivery is included for eligible Las Vegas rentals. Enter the full venue, hotel, convention center, booth number (if applicable), and a reachable on-site contact during the booking process. Venue-related access fees or special arrangements need confirmation.

When rental checkout is fully launched, enter the venue in the Event Delivery Address section. Include booth or room number and any loading-dock instructions. We do not treat an ordinary shipping address as a confirmed rental venue until the booking is validated.

The planned booking flow charges 50% of the rental amount through a verified PayPal transaction. The remaining balance is due at drop-off or may be paid earlier through your private rental dashboard. Payment checkout is currently paused while setup and testing are completed.

Contact LEDCarts with your booking number to request a cancellation. Refund eligibility depends on the rental terms and payment status. A cancellation does not automatically guarantee a refund; any refund must be verified through the payment provider.

Yes. Each rental equipment page has photos, pricing information, and options where available. The separate LEDCarts Video Showcase page has videos to help you choose what fits your event.

Yes. Quantity is the first option on every rental product. You can request 1–25 units in one availability inquiry. The price preview includes the number of units, the selected equipment options and any extra days. A request does not guarantee inventory; our team will confirm how many units are available for your dates and venue.

Each rental product offers an optional Insurance: No / Yes selection. Choosing Yes adds $50 to the selected three-day rental price per unit. Please ask LEDCarts for the current written coverage, exclusions, deductibles and conditions before confirming a paid reservation; selecting the option alone does not establish or describe coverage.
