Included: Local Las Vegas drop-off and pickup. Event dates require at least 21 days’ advance notice.
Venue costs: Convention-center handling, drayage, union labor, venue access, electricity, or other third-party show fees are not included and are the customer’s responsibility where applicable.

Double Screen Digital Cart Rental
Promote your brand, sponsors or event messages with the Double Screen Digital Cart at a Las Vegas trade show, reception, brand activation or convention. This mobile rental option is ideal when visibility from multiple viewing angles is important.
Three-day base rate and insurance
The selected rental rate starts at $1,499 for the first three days. Optional insurance adds $50 to the three-day base. Rental days 4–14 are $250 each. Select equipment options and your event dates to see a price preview.
Las Vegas event delivery
Local drop-off and pickup are included. Include your venue, booth number and event contact in the rental availability request. Convention-center handling, power, labor, drayage and any other venue-imposed charges are separate.
